\n

What we collect

Only what you leave in a request: name, contact (Telegram or email), preferred dates, number of travelers and your message. Technically the server sees the request IP address - it is used only for spam protection (request rate limiting) and is not stored with the request. Travelers do not register; no cookies are set for visitors. The interface language you choose is kept in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted anywhere.

\n

Why

So that the author of the journey can answer your request and agree the details of the trip. Data is not used for mailings, not sold and not shared with third parties except as described below.

\n

Who receives it

The request goes to the author of the chosen journey by email - sent through Google (Gmail API) from the platform address, with your contact in the reply-to field. A copy is kept in the platform database on a server in the Netherlands (AdminVPS) and may be mirrored to the author in Telegram. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.

\n

International transfer

The platform server is in the European Union (Netherlands), the email service is Google. Data is transferred only to the extent needed to answer your request (art. 12 of Law 25,326).

\n

Retention

Requests are kept until communication about the trip is complete and no longer than 24 months, then deleted. Earlier on your request.

\n

Your rights

Free of charge and no more than once every six months (unless a legitimate interest requires otherwise) you may request access to your data, its rectification, update or deletion (arts. 14-16 of Law 25,326). Write to maksly4arg@gmail.com - access is answered within 10 business days, rectification or deletion within 5 business days.

\n

Supervisory authority

(The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information handles complaints about violations of personal data rights.)

\n

Authors with access receive a session cookie used only for their edits and see requests for their own journeys. They must handle travelers’ data under this same policy.
